At Timpanogos Tiny Homes, we make it easy for you to get started on your custom tiny home project. You can choose from our floor plans or create your own custom design, and we will help answer some basic design questions and give you a rough cost estimate based on your choices.
Once you've made your selection, we'll work with you to fine-tune your design and provide guidance throughout the process. When the design is complete, we'll give you a final estimate and initiate the contract to start the build.
Next we will require a 50% payment when the contract is signed to get started on your project. Once we've received this payment, we'll order the trailer and building materials, then we'll start construction.
At this stage the framing/exterior sheathing, electrical, plumbing, Insulation and HVAC will be complete. Then we'll collect a 25% payment and begin the next phase of construction (Roofing, Windows & Doors, Siding, interior wall finish and floors).
Then we'll ask for the final 25% payment to finish construction which includes trim, fixtures, cabinets & appliances. Once NOAH has finished all inspections the construction will be complete.
After the final payment you will be able to take possession of the tiny home. You may pick it up in person, or we can arrange for a third party transport. We take pride in our work and are dedicated to creating quality tiny homes that meet your unique needs and exceed industry standards.
