About Timpanogos Tiny Homes
Hi I'm Brenan Richard let me tell you a little bit about us. Timpanogos Tiny Homes is a small family-owned business owned and operated by my father Chris and I. Our family moved to the Heber Valley in 1996 where my father helped design and build the Bear Creek Soup Plant which is now the Heber Rec Center. In 2000, we relocated to Fresno, CA. before moving back to Heber in 2007. Chris started a home remodeling company called Park City Remodeling, I worked alongside my father on various construction projects. In 2011 I decided to branch out into the hospitality/maintenance industry at the St. Regis Deer Valley Hotel and Resort. And my father would switch from remodeling to architecture and open Chris's Drafting and Design in 2017 which is now Wasatch Home Design. In 2018, I started my own handyman company called Main Street Maintenance. With our extensive experience in construction and home remodeling, we're dedicated to creating quality tiny homes that are built to last and exceed industry standards. Our family's background in construction and home remodeling has provided us with the expertise and attention to detail needed to create custom homes that meet the unique needs of each customer. We are committed to providing personalized service and open communication throughout the building process, from design to delivery.
